"Ascribe to the LORD, O Heavenly beings, ascribe to the LORD Glory and Strength. 2 Ascribe to the LORD the Glory due His Name; worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness. RSV says In Holy array." This is true worship - to really love Him.

"23 But a time is coming and has now come when the TRUE worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father is seeking such as these to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and His worshippers must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”

"4 Abide in Me, and I will abide in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit by itself unless it remains in the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me. 5 I am the vine and you are the branches. The one who abides in Me, and I in him, will bear much fruit. For apart from Me you can do nothing."

"6 I will look with favor on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me; he who walks in the way that is blameless shall minister to me. 7 No one who practices deceit shall dwell in my house; no one who utters lies shall continue before my eyes." Why do you tolerate preachers who are deceitful?

"3 if you truly call out for insight and lift your voice for understanding, 4 if you seek it like silver and search it out like hidden treasure, 5 then you will discern the fear of the LORD and discover the knowledge of God." This is heart-knowledge not head-knowledge. This is true devotions.
